I don't use the club because I haven't got enough time and I don't know where it is. There should be an indoor swimming pool with slides and an electronic wave machine. Tennis Courts need improving. Decent sports complex not a run down hall. Quad biking track. Rugby pitch and hockey astros. Mountain bike trail. DVD rental facilities. park should be improved with better attractions. There should be more notice about activities in Long Ashton.

I've just moved here and am still getting used to thiings and am unaware of village events. I would like a small cafe or something like that where I can go after school - not expensive. I would also like some shops for young people, like toys, sweets, clothes - not too expensive. I don't like all the roadworks going on, once I had to cross the main road 6 times to get home from school!

Gangs of teens hang around outside the Co-op and at the park. they are very loud and rowdy and lots more people would go to the shop and park and feel much safer if they weren't there all the time. It would be good to have some music events here and a youth cafe but I feel less eager to go to activity clubs in case the gangs are there.

I am a Beaver and we really need a new scout hut, with more space for our activities. And on a safer road please. And with a climbing wall. The holiday club at Hebron is great. I would like more climbing frames and things at the playground.

I do not use the Youth Club as it is mutually exclusive to deviant groups who exclude all others. Besides they terrorise the village, why would I want to associate myself with them. Young thugs hang around the Rec and shops. The roads are safe for walking but yes to cycle lanes. I would not go to Church House because of church connections. I would like a Youth Centre but not run by the current people. I would be interested in a youth council if it were taken seriously.

A lot of the facilities where I ticked 'disagree' - I personally wouldn't use them, but I think they're a good idea to give other people more to do. I love living in Long Ashton because it is very friendly. I would love to have a drama night at the Youth club. I feel completely safe around the village. All of the people at the Youth Club are really friendly. I have never been in any danger in Long Ashton.
