Concerned about traffic and speeding esp. on main road. Consider traffic calming measures at all entrances of village plus speed warning signs, cameras etc. but NOT speed bumps. Discourage lorries but SatNav is to blame here. Heavy plant for new development should avoid rush hour which it does not at present. Yellow lines not the answer - it clears the road and encourages speeding. How about zebra crossing near post-office? Availability of medical facilities needs reviewing especially in light of preventative medicine and wellbeing clinics being encourages. Keep the Greenbelt! S106 agreements bring little advantage and more grief than bebefit. Need to be stronger on large-scale developments.
