Traffic flow in and around LA like many other areas is greatly hindered by om road parking. Double yellow lines arfe not but could be an advantage if used with care. it is now common to find cars parked on or very close to corners & junctions so creating real dangers to drivers and pedestians. In answering the questionnaire I have taken some care in not askingfor expensive options since the communityy charge is already too great and money is limited. Although not a parish problem directly I would suggest that many of our local roads are in a very poor state of maintenance
