LA needs a new Scout Hut. Allotments would give people a chance to meet and enjoy a relaxed pace of life.

Shops area (Co-op) needs updating. Car park need lighting and tidying up. Parking on Weston Rd is dangerous, especially near zebra crossing. I feel vulnerable on my bicylce due to speeding cars - particularly on Wild Country Lane. Speed camera should be there and at Barrow Gurney as people use it as a rat run to the airport. Kids in the village need places to go and thing to do as they can cause a problem on streets. I feel intimidated at times walking to the shops. Iwould love to see a farmers market and allotments as I am a keen gardener.

would like to see a fast and safe route into Bristol by bicycle, cycle way safe but too long, road quicker but riskier, would like to see allotments in LA, possibly community garden/allotment, would reduce the need to travel outside of LA for allotments, reduce car journeys, this facility would benefit young and old, intergenerational, build community, contribute to health, we need affordable public transport and housing

1. Any ways to decrease traffic flow in and out of the village at peak times. 2. Increase village "feel". 3. Decrease loutish behaviour. 4. More businesses to create jobs within the village (decreases traffic) 5. More facilities for older and younger members of the community. 6. Double yellow lines throughout Long Ashton/Weston Road. 7. Allotments great idea - more rural feel. 8. Better policing, especially for the Govers (Off-licence). 9. Put hold on building new homes as village cannot cope. 10. Must keep weekly refuse collection.

This is an extra comment comment to questions 6.09 6.10 my daughter who lived in Long Ashton over 20 years and had 2 children born here was forced to move to Nailsea when she had to sell her home when her husband moved out, she didn't have enough money to buy another in Long Ashton, but had too much money for afforadable housing it was very upsetting for us. As for question 11.14 on allotments, I strongly disagree because there was allotments behind my flat when I moved in they've now been built on so I don't see any point in setting up anymore.

More yellow lines on main road traffic and overhanging branches make it dangerous to walk on main road badly need allotments - used to have three in village No up to date information can we have a newsletter delivered

Parking makes cycling dangerous vandalism etc would stop use of community centre privately Dog fouling on football pitch skate park too niosy and should be removed from options junior football pitch not needed if pitch not fouled junior motorcycling at least half a mile away another football pitch would lead to intimidation etc Allotments a must No dogs on field Airport already causes problems wildlife and conservation important for future

Traffic calming and/or restrictions in Providence Lane to improve pedestrian safety. Suitably positioned double yellow lines to prevent use of laybyes by visitors to the pubs or obstruction of the laybyes. Provision of allotments within the village and improve shops to reduce the need to go to Bristol.

Not enough room bor bicycles, especially with inconsiderate drivers Because of intimidation/vandalism would not use community centre Dogs should not be allowed on football pitch Skate park would be noisy wherever it is. disagree with Juniour football pitch unnecesary if current one dog free How far from houses would motorcycle area have to be not to interfere with houses? An additional football pitch would increase anti-social behaviour Allotments a brilliant idea BMX track would interfere with people on edge of field Conservation, wildlife, ponds rare flowers, shrubs and small trees for birds & local schools projects far better than suggested things
