An appropriately chosen cafe would act as an excellent central meeting place. Would feel anxious for residents close to the rec ground if area developed for BMX/motor cycling area (related to noise)

An additional football pitch would increase anti-social behaviour Allotments a brilliant idea BMX track would interfere with people on edge of field Conservation, wildlife, ponds rare flowers, shrubs and small trees for birds & local schools projects far better than suggested things
