It would be nice to have some local restaurants as opposed to public houses. One of the bigger problems faced by Long Ashton is anti-social behaviour. The use of walkways and lanes by motorised scooters is particularly worrying. The condition of the surface of the main road has appeared to deteriorate considerably in recent months, especially between Folleigh Lane and the Bristol end of the village. This questionnaire has been appreciated in enabling us to give our views.

Get rid of the people on the council who have provided the village with a refuse tip. There seems to be no limit to the housing without any improvements to infrastructure, why? Anti-social behaviour by certain people within the village seems not to be dealt with, why? Is it true that the village (or individuals within it) will profit from the old Northleaze School site beng used as 'affordable housing' Why have roads within the village which have had surfaces severely damaged by construction traffic not been repaired at the cost of developers

The road surfaces in the village are diabolical and there is no mention of this in the Survey. Ridgeway Road is like a humback fairground ride where cars 'ground' routinely. Resurfacing of the main road is long overdue. Drains blocked with sludge, causing surface water to collect. I would like priority given to safer roads which enable cyclists to use roads without encountering pot holes and raised iron utitily covers being a hazard.
